Open your heart with partner-based exercises

Join us for this unique event where you can explore and discover the power of added partner-based exercises to your movement practice, in a beautiful, heart-opening space. Together, let’s breathe, expand, and connect.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This workshop will focus on Backbends and bring an inspiring sequence that will enhance your possibilities and understanding of the fundamentals of this specific movement. We will present a gentle and accessible partner sequence inspired in some of the asanas of Ashtanga yoga. Everyone is welcome, no need for previous experience or a partner.

We believe that there is no community without grounded individuals. Therefore we will start with a solo practice that will prepare your body, increase your understanding and warm you up for backbends. Yoga and Prehab get together to teach your body a smart way of moving.

After this we will guide you into partner-based exercises, and show you how far we can go when we work together. We believe that safety is a must  in all our partner moves; we will present safe ways to explore poses and how to spot each other. It's not about how far you go but how you experience the journey. The partner element will add connection and fun to your practice, which sometimes is all you need to get out of your own (serious) way!

AcroYoga is a beautiful practice that promotes communication, trust and support with and from like-minded people. For experienced AcroYogis that wonder where the yoga is in this practice, we are here to show it to you. We will share a lot of exercises that will enhance your regular practice and give you a new perspective of Acro.
