Online Guided Meditation - Looking Inside

We offer online guided meditation sessions each month with different themes. These 30-minute sessions help you develop focus and inner calm. Each month we explore a new theme so you can learn different meditation techniques and explore the inner workings of you mind in order to continue your self-development.

The sessions are held online where you can practice mindfulness and self-reflection. All sessions are recorded, so you can join live or practice later at your own time.

The recordings ensure flexibility - you can revisit sessions multiple times, deepen your practice at convenient moments, and maintain consistency in your meditation journey even when unable to attend live gatherings. This accessibility helps build a sustainable meditation routine that fits your personal schedule.

You can keep your video and microphone turned off during these sessions. At the end, we provide a brief opportunity to share any insights or reflections, either verbally or through the chat.

Looking inside

For the first guided meditation session, the theme we explore is ‘looking inside’. Participants are invited to look inside of themselves and explore anything they might find. Whether this brings positive or negative feelings, you will be guided to look at it from a distance without judgement. When there is a judgement-free environment, can you allow anything to come up? Are you able to own your choices, your actions and behavior?

This meditation teaches us that self-awareness starts with accepting and observing our inner landscape without trying to change it. Through guided visualization, participants learn to create a safe space where they can witness their thoughts and feelings as they come up. The practice concludes with gentle reminders about the importance of self-compassion in the journey of inner exploration.
