We offer online guided meditation sessions each month with different themes. These 30-minute sessions help you develop focus and inner calm. Each month we explore a new theme so you can learn different meditation techniques and explore the inner workings of you mind in order to continue your self-development.
The sessions are held online where you can practice mindfulness and self-reflection. All sessions are recorded, so you can join live or practice later at your own time.
The recordings ensure flexibility - you can revisit sessions multiple times, deepen your practice at convenient moments, and maintain consistency in your meditation journey even when unable to attend live gatherings. This accessibility helps build a sustainable meditation routine that fits your personal schedule.
You can keep your video and microphone turned off during these sessions. At the end, we provide a brief opportunity to share any insights or reflections, either verbally or through the chat.
Receiving
For this session we explore the concept of ‘receiving’. Are you able to receive? How do you respond to compliments? Or to someone offering help? By understanding the patterns that arise when we receive, we gain insights into our own boundaries, beliefs, and capacity for grace.
This meditation guides participants through exercises that explore the art of receiving with an open heart, helping to identify and release any resistance or discomfort around accepting support, gifts, or appreciation from others. Through mindful reflection, we learn to embrace the natural flow of giving and receiving that exists in all healthy relationships.
