Get your frown upside down!
We will start with Handstands. Balancing on your hands is super fun and can be very safe with the correct technique. If you have not done a handstand since you were a kid, no worries, we have the right exercises to get you started. If you already have a handstand against the wall or even balance a bit without, we will give you tips and challenges to improve your line and awareness as well.
The Partner Inversions will be a partner-based session (like Acroyoga) where you can experience being upside down without having to balance yourself. We will work with spotters to also make this a safe space for experimenting. No experience or a partner needed, you will make friends during the class and we will rotate the groups.
This workshop is for you if:
you like moving and love to explore different modalities
want to meet new people
would like to be able to handstand but don’t know where to start
always wanted to try Acroyoga but did not find the time or place
need a challenge in either or both of these modalities because you already have some experience
